We have formed an international design education platform by building the network platform of top global design schools from all over the world.

Why do we need such a platform?

​

To best develop her design industry in the long run, China demands a global design school that is well connected with the world design industry. Its outputs need to reach the world standards while maintaining Chinese characteristics. For this global design school, five top design schools from the U.S., the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, and Hong Kong can form an international educational alliance. Namely, these five include Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) (U.S.), Design Academy Eindhoven (the Netherlands), Central Saint Martins (CSM) College of Arts and Design (UK), Domus Academy (Italy), and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (Hong Kong). Through the “Global Design Museum,” we can showcase the best design works of the best fresh design graduates from the world and strengthen the bonds between these five top design schools from the East and West, with a view to nurturing and promoting China’s next generations of young design talents.
